Description

The Plott Hound has a typical hound appearance. The breed’s body is medium in size, but well muscled. The front legs are straight and muscular. The back legs are well angled and also muscular. The neck is not too long and extends to shoulders and a back that are sloping. The breed’s chest is deep. It has a long tail that is set high and carried high. The head is medium size with ears and facial features that are comparable in size. Its coat is short and smooth.

Temperament
