| Description |
| The Labrador Retriever is a appealing and well developed breed. Definitely one of its outstanding features, the coat is short and thick on top and smooth at the bottom layer. The fur exists in even amounts across the body. The breed's head is broad and there is a significant stop. The nose is broad and either dark brown or black, depending on the color of the coat. Its eyes are the window to its gentle nature. The eyes are not prominent, but average in size. Just as the nose, the eyes can vary in color depending on the color of its coat. It has a typical Retriever neck; elongated, but muscular. The tail starts wide and narrows at the end. The tails is stiff, straight, and set just below the back when the breed is at attention (resembling an Otter's tail). The breed's front legs are straight and the back legs are very angular. |
