| Description |
| A Cockapoo is a crossbreed that is developed from breeding a Cocker Spaniel with a Miniature Poodle, so its characteristics can vary. The most distinguishing features are its coat and ears. The luxurious coat of the Cocker Spaniel and the curly coat of the Miniature Poodle result in a Cockapoo with a wavy fur. The fur tends to be close to the body except at the ears and tail. The ears are long and floppy. The nose, eyes, and mouth are dark. The body is generally small yet strong. |

| Temperament |
| Considering how it is bred, it is inevitable that the Cockapoo would have an amiable temperament. It is friendly and loving to its family, other household pets, and even strangers (as long as they are welcomed into the home). The breed is generally easygoing, but should be supervised when interacting with young children. Training is essential to eradicate any aggression that may exist naturally in the breed. It longs to please its owner, so training them should prove unproblematic. |

| The height of the Cockapoo is about 15 inches. The weight of the breed ranges from 14-19 pounds, depending on the size. |

| Health Problems |
| The larger breeds of Cockapoo may develop hip dysplasia. Other conditions that the breed may develop include progressive retinal atrophy (PRA), epilepsy, and hypothyrodism. |

| Ideal Living Conditions |
| The Cockapoos is suitable for indoors or outdoors. The breed does not tend to become inactive when kept indoors. However, regualar exercise is important. |

| Grooming |
